Explore the length of the Capes region with your own personal Margaret River adventure.
We’ll visit some of the most spectacular coastline by 4WD, fat bike riding, hiking, and optional snorkel.
To finish the day we’ll drink premium Margaret River wine and local beers overlooking the Indian Ocean.
No buses or big groups here. We keep it small with only 6 guests, meaning we can focus on providing you a real Margaret River experience like no other. Travelling in luxury 4WD, you’ll be hosted by local expert guide – Dr Cam O’Beirne.
We also don’t take you to any public winery cellar doors, chocolate factories or other retail places. We reckon you can do all that yourself!
We’ll start the day with a visit to interact with wild giant stingrays to the south of Margaret River. You’ll be able to get right up close and pat them at the waters edge.
Enjoy a morning tea overlooking the surf before jumping back in the Land Rover to head to the Boranup Karri Forest for a fat bike adventure. Here you’ll ride a Specialized fat bike through the towering Karri trees, spotting emus, kangaroos, brightly coloured parrots and amazing wildflowers before arriving at the coast overlooking the ocean.(Please note wildlife is dependent seasonal variations).
After all this activity, a gourmet picnic lunch awaits you in the Ngari Marine Park overlooking ancient coastal cliffs.
To finish our day, we’ll take a 4WD adventure and visit a remote beach with imposing limestone cliffs with turquoise water in a protected bay – Kilcarnup and the Cape Mentelle headland. There you’ll have the choice to snorkel around the calm reef platforms, or simply explore the beach by foot.
Whilst here you’ll enjoy premium Margaret River Wine and local beers whilst gazing out over the Indian Ocean.
Tour Duration; The Adventure Day is a 6 hr activity. Pick up and drop off in Margaret River included. We get going at 9.30am. Please note this tour doesn’t run in December.
What you need to bring; We’ll be in the water so you’ll need bathers and a towel. You will need also need to be able to ride a bike comfortably.
We’ll provide;
Morning tea; muffins and plunger coffee or tea, sparkling mineral water;
A picnic lunch from local Margaret River produce (make your own gourmet roll);
premium Margaret River wine (red and white), local beers;
Transport in our luxury 4WD Land Rover Defender 2020;
All the gear you need; a fat bike, a wetsuit, mask and snorkel.
